Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Fund Your Windows (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and submit our enquiry form, how we use it, how long we keep it and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the details you submit here.

What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect the information you provide:

We also automatically capture marketing attribution data so we understand how you found us. This includes the campaign source, medium and search terms (for example UTM values), advertising click identifiers (such as Google and Meta click IDs), the page you first landed on, your browser user-agent and your IP address.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to match you with a suitable installer. In particular:

Sharing your information with a matched installer

Fund Your Windows is a lead-generation service. Where your enquiry qualifies, we may pass your details to a matched, vetted installer partner (for example, our installation partner Help 2 Buy Windows) so they can provide your quote and arrange your survey. That installer will use your details to contact you about your enquiry and becomes responsible for the information as their own controller from that point. We only share qualified enquiries for this purpose and do not sell your data for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your details on the basis of your request — the steps you ask us to take by submitting the form — and our legitimate interest in operating an enquiry and installer-matching service. There is no consent tickbox on the form by design: submitting the form is your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry in accordance with this policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, and normally for no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing attribution cookies stored in your browser expire after 90 days — see our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Contact us about your data

To exercise any of your rights, ask a question about this policy, or ask us to stop contacting you, please get in touch with us through this website — use the enquiry form on our homepage, or simply reply to any message we send you. We will respond within one month.
